Please note that in accordance with section 5 (1) of the Artha Rin Adalat Ain 2003 (“Act”), all suits relating to the recovery of loans granted by any financial institutions or banks as listed in section 2 (ka) of the Act, shall have to be filed in the Artha Rin Adalat.
